We're committed to transparency. We charge a 10% fee off the net rent and 10% on profits from a sale. Importantly, our fees decrease if the property drops below our set limit, ensuring our interests align with yours. And to keep things smooth, there's a 1% Processing Fee for every transaction. We believe in fair and aligned partnerships with our investors!

We offer flexibility. Our investment model is designed to provide investors with easy withdrawal options, adding a layer of liquidity to real estate investments. We believe in empowering our investors with control over their financial decisions.

We operate on a shared ownership model. The rent income is distributed proportionally based on the number of shares you own in a property. For example, if you hold 10% of the shares in a property, you'll receive 10% of the rental income.

Let's say we list a property valued at $100,000 with 5,000 shares and an expected net rent of $10,000 per month. If you invest $10,000 (500 shares), you would be entitled to receive $1,000 per month as your share of the rental income. It's a simple and transparent way for investors to benefit from the real estate market.
